This texture was made using this brush:



With the paint wrap feature enabled horizontal strokes were painted from left to right (once per row). The top and bottom rows were painted first. Once the painting was complete, A second layer was added with a lighter base color. Then, the Sharpen filter was applied, and finally, the Brightness was adjusted to slightly darken the highlights, giving its rough appearance.
